I did a thorough research on all qualified and recommended contractors after a Good Cents evaluation by Santee Cooper Electric regarding my energy usage and recommendations on improvement to my present system. I received bids from four contractors and evaluated each contractor’s presentation and price quote. Without a doubt AirMax was the most professional and knowledgeable of any without consideration of price. Trane has a most professional and qualified representative in the owner and his staff and AirMax represents Trane extremely well.

I consider it a privilege to make these comments concerning my experience with the Trane system. At my residence in the mountains of Western North Carolina twenty years ago I installed the system in our new house and for 20 years I recall only one service call. In 1994 we built a house at Ocean Isle Beach NC. The building contractor recommended another brand for heating and cooling. Needless to say this system failed to measure up to our previous experience. On the internet I found the address of the nearest Trane Comfort Specialist, AirMax of Little River. AirMax inspected the system, certain additions and changes were made to reduce service calls, and for the past three years I have experienced excellent service. Yes, I have enjoyed and appreciated a friendly relationship that I hope to continue as long as I have the need for heating and cooling.
